5 Seed Bread

This nutritious seed bread from Ste. Anne’s bakery is packed with sunflower, sesame, chia, pumpkin and flax seeds. Enjoy it toasted in the morning or as a base to your favourite sandwich.

Ingredients: Spring water, potato starch, olive oil, arrowroot starch, tapioca starch, egg whites, white rice flour, chick pea flour, honey, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, egg yolk, xanthan gum, yeast, kosher salt, white vinegar.

Instructions: Our breads contain no preservatives and have a shelf life of 5 days. Freeze bread to preserve freshness for up to 6 months. To thaw we suggest toasting bread, or simply bringing to room temperature.
